James and I are travelling to Japan for the first time in this backpacking adventure.
We will be travelling there for one month, starting in Tokyo and then using the Japan Rail Pass to explore the country.
Japan is a fascinating land of contrasts, from the old temples and traditions to the modern technology and transport.
