Karl works in the media industry as a freelance video editor, cameraman and director. He has produced a variety of videos such as promos, documentaries and music videos for clients such as Virgin Media, Ferrari, Chambord, Moneysupermarket.com, Tuaca and Roof Gardens.
Karl combines his skills in video production, music & graphic design to create full video packages of the highest quality that meet and often surpass client's initially established vision for the project.
Background:
Having played the guitar since he was 8 years old, Karl studied BA Hons Popular Music at the University of Liverpool, where he received a 2:1.
The course not only developed his skills in music production and creativity, but also built up a detailed knowledge of the entertainment industry and the role it plays in today's global market.
Following this he decided to pursue his other major passion in life, Film and TV, and do a Masters in Post Production Editing at Bournemouth University, whose media school was recently designated as the only Centre for Excellence in Media Practice by the Higher Education Funding Council for England.
Karl is now based in London.
